Introduction: 教學與發展特色: 設有14個教學輔導小組,著重學生實習、就業發展之輔導。鄰近竹南生物科技園區、食品所,就業、實習等條件皆優於其他技職院校。同時強調理論與實務並重,80%以上之專業課程均同時有實驗課程之設計,以培育食品專業技術及研發人才。 未來發展: 可繼續於本校應用保健食品研究所就讀,或報考國內外食品、生物技術及食品營養相關的研究所碩士班;或參加高普考試或專技考試,於政府或法人機構如食品工業研究所等單位任職或選擇私人企業擔任相關工作。
